Insider trader won at Newcastle in May, over the distance of 2350m, abley ridden by Andrew Gibbons. This was his first attempt at this distance. Insider Trader is a Dundeel gelding that has taken some time to mature. Already with 2 career wins, hopefully next prep we will see on the track what is being clocked at home.
Humble Star was able to build on his maiden win with another win at Canberra. He did struggle to race on the synthetic surface for the first time, but he was too good and won. He will now go for a spell and hopefully return stronger to continue his winning streak.
