Waikato Flyer (Savabeel x Kansas NZ ) won on the 18th August at Bathurst before going for a spell. He was able to win at his first start over the distance of 1200m and on a tracks surface, a heavy 8. His stable mate ran 3rd, Where Lambo. A close finish (0.5l) for two horses having their first starts.
Other winner for the month of August was Hell’s Fury. The filly by Hellbent was able to have her first win on the 26th August at Taree over the 1250m at only her third start.B Wheeler was in the saddle. The filly is now spelling.
Insider Trader was a winner on the 4th October at Goulburn. After a 22 week break, the Dundeel gelding was able to win 2nd up over 1600m at the juicy odds of $18. Insider Trader was ably ridden in a tight finish by A Roper.
