We are leasing a 2 year old filly, she is well related and about to go to the breakers.  She will then be ready to start her racing career with Group 1 winning trainer Greg Hickman at the top class facilities at Warwick Farm in Sydney.

The lease arrangements are:

2 years minimum lease period. Horse may be re-leased after 2 years if all agreed.

No upfront purchase price, lessees pay 100% of her costs for the lease period.

The horse will be retained by owner for breeding on completion of racing career.

Prize money pool to lessees is 60% after trainer (10%), jockey (5%) & lease fee (25%).

Expenses should average no more than $250 per month per 10% share, over a racing season.

Minimum lease percentage is 10%.
