Hes Ready Gets The Prize

Hes Ready ( 3 Ch G More than Teady - Miss Apps) was able to win impressively at only his second start, The Kelato  Health Maiden Plate, the first race at Goulburn on the 29th January 2010.

From the widest barrier the plan was to have a controlled run and to work home. Unfortunately he jumped very well and travelled three wide most of the trip. He was able to take the lead in the straight and never looked like he was going to be beaten.

He won by 1.3 lengths in the time of 57.41 with the last 600 in 33.76 just outside the class record.

The gelding is still maturing and will benefit from this preparation. He is developing into a very nice horse.
